At the execution of the reservation the guest confirms that he has been informed of all stated in these General Conditions for provision of accommodation services, and that he fully accepts them. This way, all stated in these General conditions become legal obligation for the guests as well as for the Imperial d.d. Rab. During the execution of the reservation the guest is obligated to give all relevant information required by the reservation procedure. For the reservation of accommodation it is necessary to effect the advanced payment, the 20% of the amount is required. The balance to the full amount is to be effected latest on the day of beginning date of utilization of the services offered by the Imperial d.d. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site. Through the on-line system of reservation the offer placed on this pages can be effected by credit cards American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club.
Check in time is after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check out time is before 10 a. m. on the day of departure.
At the campsites the pitches can be reserved by zone. The exact pitch number can not be confirmed.
For the reservation of the pith at the campsite the reservation fee, amount of 30 Euro / 230 Kuna is to be payed.
It is not refundable and not taken off the final bill.
For the reservation of the mobile home at the campsite the advance payment is required, amount of 150 Euro / 1000 Kuna is to be payed.
It is not refundable in case of the cancellation and it is taken off the final bill.
In accordance to the valid Tourist Tax Regulations of Republic of Croatia, the guest is obligated to effect the payment for the tourist tax at the time of effecting the payment for the accommodation services. Tourist tax is required by the Tourist Tax Law of Republic of Croatia and it amounts from 5,50 up to 7,00 Kuna per adult person, per day. Young people from twelve up to eighteen years of age have the right to a discount in amount of 50%, while children up to twelve years of age do not pay the tourist tax. Final amount of the tourist tax is charged in accordance to these General conditions and at the same time of effecting the final amount for the accommodation services.
