Reconstruction and modernization of the hotel "Lopar" and its repositioning as a "Family Hotel" (specially designed for families with children), is the most important tourist investments on the island in the next year.

The total investment value is estimated at 4 million € and the hotel will be arranged according to the 3 star standards.

 The reception area and the rooms will be fully renovated - with modern equipment, furniture, air-conditioning, as well as the nearby parking area with the surrounding natural environment.

Superior Suite, 46 m2, max. 6 people, 4 (four) units, includes accommodation in two double bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, 160 cm, a balcony. Price is formed on a half board basis for a max. 4 people, discounts for children are not applicable, supplement for for 5th to 6th person on additional bed in the living room is per person and per day - 25 Euro in the season terms I and II and 30 euros in high season - terms III and IV. 

Suite, 37 m2, max 4 persons, 52 (fifty two) units, includes accommodation in a double room and living room the same size, with sofa bed, 160 cm. There is a possibility of setting up another extra bed for one person in a bedroom or living room. One bathroom, a balcony. Price is formed on a half board basis for max. 4 people, discounts for children are not applicable, supplement for 5th person on additional bed in the living room is per person and per day 25 Euro in the season term I and II and 30 euros in high season - termsl III and IV.

Price is formed on a half board basis for max. 3 people, discounts for children are not applicable, supplement for 4th person on additional bed in the living room is per day 25 Euro in the season terms I and II and 30 Euro in season terms III and IV. 

Double room, max. 2 persons, 23 (twenty three) units, including accommodation for only two people without the possibility of additional bed.
