The town of Rab is the official champion of Croatian tourism in 2011.

This prestigious awards tourist destination town of Rab has been awarded in the Days of Croatian Tourism 2011th organized by the Croatian Ministry of Tourism.
Rab is one of the most popular destination of Croatian Adriatic with over 120 years long tourist tradition.

Title of champion of Croatian tourism is the biggest prize in a series of awards won by the Rab in the last ten years as a multiple winner of the Blue Flower for quality in tourism in the category of cities but also in the category of best indigenous souvenirs, beautiful enviroment. Rab is also implementing "Silver Flower of Europe" which he was awarded the European Association for Flowers and the environment "Entente Floral."

In addition to an extremely successful season and fiscal year 2011, champion tourism award testifies to the high level quality of tourism services and hospitality and contribution of all the islanders.

Natural beauty, climate and rich cultural heritage of Rab and won prizes and awards are a privilege but an obligation for a serious approach to the further development and advancement of tourism.
