    At the Imperial restaurants daily we prepare a great selection of dishes taking into account the needs, habits and wishes of our guests. Through our offer we want to show our own gastronomy created in this area and under the local conditions. We wish to present our own flavours and ways of preparing food enriched with the spices of our region and the skills of our experienced chefs.

    You can find all of this at our buffets and create your own meal according to your taste.

    For you to choose we offer the dishes of the Rab, Croatian and international cuisine which are prepared and served in the modern and professional way.

    If you want a change, you can visit the a'la cart restaurants of our facilities.

    To accompany the chosen dishes choose wines from our wine lists and complete the pleasure of being at our restaurants.

    Apart from the services on a board basis we also have special offers for banquets, congresses and weddings (Gastro plus).

    At our bars the friendly bar staff expect you with a wide selection of cocktails, drinks and beverages, and a pleasant entertainment programme on the terrace includes the gastronomic offer.

    The Rab gastronomy

    The island of Rab is a part of the Mediterranean and its gastronomy is a typical example of this cuisine with deep tracks of all the civilizations living in this area throughout its long history.

    Original, fresh food items, from the sea, mainland or our gardens, will be prepared in our simple, healthy and a bit stingy way (stingy means without unhealthy fats, too hot spices and industrial additions).

    Olive oil and aromatic herbs are the main spices of our cuisine. Light soups of fresh seasonal vegetables, famous dish of Rab “sočivo”, steamed fresh fish or grilled fish “na gradele” with the recognizable smell of garlic and rosemary, meat stewed in wine or sherry sauces, unavoidable dumplings and pasta are the part of the meal of islanders and their guests. Traditional desserts take a special place: The Rab cake and fritulas which with a glass of home-made brandy often enriched with aromatic herbs, honey or lemon peel will always welcome you as an honoured guest.
