The San Marino hotel complex consists of five hotels. It lies along the well-known 1.5 km-long Paradise beach. Owing to its location it is an ideal holiday resort for families with small children and other lovers of sandy beaches. The capacity is 540 rooms, with air-conditioned restaurant with bar and dance terrace, hairdressers, newspaper and gift shop.

    Family Hotel Lopar - Price SUPERIOR Family Suite, 46 m2    ,     includs accommodation at two double rooms, with the one entrance, two bathrooms and living room with sofa bed available as extra bed 160 cm for two persons and halfboard service per day for max. of 4 persons, discounts for children are not valid, supplement for halfboard service for fifth and sixth person in extra bed ist 25 Euro at the season term I and II and 30 Euro at the season term III and IV per person and per day.

    Family Hotel Lopar - Price Family Suite, 37 m2, includs accommodation at one double room, one bathroom and living room with sofa bed available as the extra bed 160 cm for two persons and halfboard service per day for max. of 4 persons, discounts for children are not available, supplement for the halfboard service for fifth person in additional extra bed ist 25 Euro at the season term I and II and 30 Euro at the season term III and IV per person and per day.

    Family Hotel Lopar - Price for Family Suite, 31 m2,     includs accommodation at one double room, one bathroom and living room with sofa bed available as extra bed 160 cm for two persons and halfboard service per day for the max. of 3 persons, discounts for children are not available, supplement for halfboard service for fourth person in extra bed ist 25 Euro at the season term I and II and 30 Euro at the season term III and IV per person and per day.

    Double room, max. 2 persons, 23 (twenty three) units, including accommodation for only two persons without the possibility of additional bed.

    Details:

    • Registration fee - once per person:  1,00 Euro 
    • Residence tax per person per day: 16/06-15/09 = 7.00 kuna / 1,00 Euro, other periods   5.50  kuna / 0,80 Euro .
    • Children up to 12 years old do not pay the residence tax
    • Children from 12 -17 years old pay residence tax at 50%.
    • Deduction for bed and breakfast service only, per person, per day: 2,50 Euro
    • Supplement for full board, per person, per day:  8,00 Euro
    • Pets on request and with the permission of the hotel management, per day: 10,00 Euro
    Reductions for children:
    • Baby cot per day: 4.00 Euro
    • Child aged 0-1 years in room with two adults, without services: 100%
    • Child aged 2 – 11 in extra bed – reduction 50%
    • Child aged 2 – 11 years in regular bed – reduction 30%
    • Persons 12 years or older in extra bed – reduction 20 %

    Insentiv

    For the reservations at the terms of:
    • first arrival 12 th of may to the last  departure 16th of June 
    • first arrival 15th of September and the last departure 23rd of September
    the reduction is offered as follows:

    • 7=6 for the minimum of 7 nights stay = 1 night for free
    • 14=12 for the minimum of 14 nights stay = 2 nights for free
    • 21=18 for the minimum of 21 nights stay = 3 nights for free
    Residence tax is to be payed for all overnights. For the reservation at the insentiv term through the two season terms the day of the lower price term will be deducted.

    Notes:

    • Prices are in Euros.
    • Payment can be made: cash in Euro or Kuna or credit cards.
    • Amount in Euros are calculated in kuna at the midpoint exchange rate of the HNB ( Croatian National Bank) .
    • VAT is included.
